Just to let you all know we are away for Christmas from Wed.23rd to Mon. 28th-going to CenterParks.
So please you all take care and have a most wonderful Cridstmas, I know most of you will behave but it's the select few I'm worried about (you know who you are).

Have a blessed Christmas!

Have a lovely Christmas, Julie.

I am safe in the knowledge that I am firmly in the "good behaviour" group.

Take care,

Kathleen x

Hmm, that's a bit doubtful Kathleen, but never mind Julie, I will keep a stern eye on those "select few" and you can go on holiday with a clear conscience.

Have a great time and don't think of us slaving away over a hot stove on Christmas day.
Is Bud going with you?

Wishing you and Alan an very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Love, Doreen xx

Well peeps- life has stepped in and decided for us-Alan has developed a chest infection and there is no way we can risk being stranded in snow and ice somewhere- sooooo- the trip is cancelled. Sad

Oh Julie - no - so sorry as I know how much you've been looking forward to this. In a way I think it's as well, because the roads are a nightmare and it's a long way to Cumbria. I'll give you a ring in the morning if that's OK?

Much love to you both

Oh Julie,

What a shame! Will you be able to rearrange without losing your money?

Hope that Alan feels better soon and that you are not too disappointed.

Oh no, Julie - I`m so very sorry to hear this. I know you`ve both been looking forward to it, it`s such a shame.I do know that all the passes in the Lakes are closed due to weather.

I hope Alan gets better soon and you can still enjoy Christmas.

Take care,

Kathleen x

So sorry for you Julie. Hope Alan feels better soon. Sometimes fate has a way of deciding things for us - it would have been a tricky journey in the next day or so. Maybe you could still go for a couple of days if Alan starts to feel better?

Oh, Julie, what rotten luck. I'm so sorry to hear your trip's been cancelled, but hope you manage to have a good time anyway, and that Alan recovers quickly.
